Steel Fabrication
Steel Doors, Windows & Fabrication
Our steel workshop cuts on a 6 kW fiber laser, forms on a 125-tonne CNC press brake and joins with MIG, TIG and laser welding. Every door, window and screen is built from approved shop drawings, then primed, powder-coated or galvanised for the environment it will live in.

We fabricate windows, doors and façades from architectural aluminium profile systems, with thermal-break options, double glazing and powder-coat or anodised finishes. Shop drawings, glass schedules and samples are submitted for approval before production starts.

TRUSTEEL Metal Industries is an Egyptian manufacturer of metal systems for construction projects. Three divisions work from two workshops: cable management systems, steel fabrication, and aluminium & façades.
Our steel workshop runs a 6 kW fiber laser with a 6100 × 2000 mm bed, a 125-tonne CNC press brake and laser welding, so parts are cut, formed and joined to drawing with repeatable accuracy.

Handheld laser welding (1500 W) and MIG/TIG for frames, ladders, brackets and assemblies.
Galvanising & Powder Coating
Hot-dip galvanising to BS EN ISO 1461 and polyester powder coat in any RAL colour.
